DESCRIPTION

After take off the aircraft gained about 10 meters height before crashing. During the crash the aircraft desintegrated and caught fire. Most propable cause was overrotation and contaminated wings with frost.

During cruise the aircraft was avoiding heavy thunderstorms when it was hit by a tornado. The forces on the aircraft varied from +6.8 to -3.2 G causing the right wing to seperate from the aircraft.

DESCRIPTION

After landing in Dryden the aircraft was refuelled with one engine running due to a unserviceable APU. A layer of snow was present on the wings but deicing was prohibited both by Fokker and Air Ontario. On the airport was no equipment available to restart the engines. Aircraft took off and gained no altitude. It crashed into trees with a nose high attitude.

On a snow covered runway the aircraft went off the runway with the left main landing gear. The situation was corrected but the aircraft didn`t get airborne ending up against a dyke after hitting an ILS aerial.

DESCRIPTION

A high speed landing on a wet runway caused the aircraft to overrun it. Nose gear collapsed and the right main gear sheared off with a part of the wing. The aircraft burned out.

After beeing de-iced twice it took the aircraft around 35 minutes before the actual take-off took place. Further a too low Vrotate was called out. The aircraft entered a stall, and ended up partially inverted in a bay.

DESCRIPTION

During the flight TANS 222, the crew reported an emergency. The aircraft was about 3 minutes from the airport of Chachapoyas when it disappeared from the radar. The F28 crashed against a mountain and exploded. None of the occupants survived the accident.

DESCRIPTION

The F28 arrived from Dhaka-Zia and touched down on Sylhet runway far beyond the treshold. The plane overran the wet runway and ended up in a canal. Damage to the aircraft is serious but everybody survived the accident. The aircraft was built in 1981.
