After landing in Dryden the aircraft was refuelled with one engine running due to a unserviceable APU. A layer of snow was present on the wings but deicing was prohibited both by Fokker and Air Ontario. On the airport was no equipment available to restart the engines. Aircraft took off and gained no altitude. It crashed into trees with a nose high attitude. |
